At Bazaarket, we want your shopping experience to be simple and secure. Here’s a straightforward guide to our payment and billing process.

1. Accepted Payments

We accept a range of secure payment methods for your convenience:

  • Debit and Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • PayPal.

  • Bank Transfers: For larger or wholesale orders. Please contact us directly to arrange this.

All payments are processed in British Pounds (GBP).

2. Payment Process

We require full payment at the time of your order. We won't process or ship your items until the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is declined, the order won't be completed.

3. Pricing

All product prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where it applies. Any shipping costs or additional taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Please be aware that we can change prices or promotional offers at any time without notice.

4. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. We use secure and trusted payment gateways like Shopify Payments and PayPal to protect your transaction. We never store your credit or debit card information on our servers.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first. We are always happy to help and can usually resolve things much faster. If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us, we may dispute the claim.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect you and our business, we may review and cancel any order that seems suspicious. For high-value orders, we might contact you to verify your identity before processing your order.
