When will I get my order?
We try to get your order out as quickly as possible. Here’s how it works:

Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT). If you order after this time, we start processing it the next business day.

Order handling time: usually 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit time: usually 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).
Most orders arrive within 7 to 16 business days in total.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All UK orders are delivered free of charge. There’s no minimum spend and no hidden fees.
Where are you based?
We operate fully online from London in the United Kingdom.
What happens if the item arrives damaged or faulty?
If you receive something damaged, faulty, or not as expected, let us know within 30 days and we’ll sort it out. We will either send a replacement or refund you, depending on the situation. Our Return & Refund Policy has more details if needed.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel an order within the first 24 hours after submitting it. If the parcel has already been prepared or dispatched, cancellation might not be possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days, as long as the item is unused and still in its original packaging. You can find instructions on the Return & Refund Policy page.
When will I get my refund?
As soon as we’ve received your item and checked everything over, we’ll process your refund in 7 business days. After that, your bank or payment provider may take another 7 days to show the money back in your account.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing issues.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes, absolutely. Payments are fully encrypted and secure. We do not store your full card details. For more information, our Billing Terms and Conditions explains everything clearly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
Not at the moment. We currently only deliver within the UK.
Can I order in larger quantities?
Yes, we can handle bulk orders. Please contact us first, as we can provide details specific to larger quantities.
