We’ve put together some quick answers to common questions to help you shop with ease. If you don’t find what you’re looking for here, just reach out—we’re happy to help.

  1. How long will it take to get my order?

We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Our typical delivery time looks like this:
Handling time: 1 to 2 business days
Delivery time after shipping: 6 to 8 business days
So in total, most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

  1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do. Every order shipped within the UK qualifies for free standard delivery. No minimum spend.

  1. Where is Bazaarket located?

We're based in Northolt, London, and run fully online. That means lower overheads and better prices for you.

  1. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty? 

If something shows up damaged or not working, let us know within 30 days. We’ll send a replacement or give you a refund—whichever works best for you. You can see full details in our Return Policy.

  1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only if you let us know within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, we may have already packed and shipped it.

  1. What’s your return policy?

You’ve got 30 days to return anything you're not happy with. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. You can find all the steps and details on our Return & Refund Policy page.

  1. When will I get my refund?

Once we receive the item back and check that everything’s okay, we’ll issue a refund. It usually appears in your account within about 7 business days, depending on your bank.

  1. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Everything we sell comes with a 30-day warranty. If there’s a problem during that time, we’ll make it right.

  1. How do I contact customer support?

You can email us or use the Contact Us page on our website. We aim to reply within 1 to 2 business days.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

  1. Do you have a store I can visit?

No, we don’t have a physical shop. Bazaarket is entirely online so we can keep things efficient and cost-effective.

  1. Can I place a bulk order?

Yes, we do accept bulk orders. Just get in touch with us directly so we can work out the details.

  1. How do I exchange an item?

If you need to exchange something, send us an email and we’ll guide you through it. Exchanges are handled under the same terms as returns.

  1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll get a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page to keep an eye on its progress.
