Refund policy

At Bazaarket, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something arrives and it’s not quite right, we aim to make the return process as simple and smooth as possible.
30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused

In their original condition

Returned with original packaging and accessories

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item due to change of mind, return postage will be your responsibility.
Bazaarket does not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Once we’ve received your returned item and confirmed everything is in order, we’ll issue your refund in 7 business days. After that, your bank or payment provider may take another 7 business days to show the money back in your account.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable (where applicable).

Exchanges
If you need a different size, colour, or product, we are happy to help with an exchange whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Personal care or beauty items once opened

Underwear or intimate products

Any product clearly marked as non-returnable on its product page
If unsure, please contact us before returning the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
A few photos of the item and packaging will help us resolve things quickly with a replacement or refund.
